Privacy Policy.

Last Updated: December 2025

Miracle respects your privacy and is committed to data minimization. Because we are a decentralized platform, we aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Data Collection (Non-KYC)

  • No Personal Identity: Miracle does not require your name, address, or government ID (No KYC).
  • Public Blockchain Data: We monitor your wallet address to display your portfolio, track Miracle Points, and calculate referral commissions. This data is public on the blockchain.
  • Technical Data: We may collect anonymous technical data (e.g., device type, OS, and crash reports) to improve the performance of our mobile and web apps.

2. Third-Party Integrations

Miracle interacts with third-party providers. Their use of your data is governed by their respective policies:

  • Execution Engines: When you trade, your wallet address and trade details are sent to the selected engine (e.g., Hyperliquid).
  • Moonpay: Fiat onramp/offramp services are provided by Moonpay. If you use Moonpay, you will be subject to their specific KYC and privacy requirements.
  • Privy: Our security layer is powered by Privy, which ensures your keys are encrypted. Miracle never sees your private keys.

3. Usage of Data

We use the data we collect solely to:

  • Facilitate trades and provide real-time portfolio updates.
  • Calculate and distribute referral fee commissions (Tier 1-3).
  • Track XP and Miracle Points for the Launchpad.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the Platform.

4. Your Rights

Since your data is primarily on-chain, it is permanent and cannot be deleted from the blockchain. However, you can stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet and deleting the application.

5. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
