By accessing or using our mobile applications, web terminal, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Non-Custodial Nature
Miracle is a decentralized, non-custodial frontend interface.
- Self-Custody: You maintain full control over your private keys and digital assets at all times.
- No Access: Miracle does not store, hold, or have access to your funds or withdrawal permissions.
- Execution: Transactions are executed directly on-chain via third-party decentralized engines (e.g., Hyperliquid, Lighter). We are not responsible for the performance or uptime of these underlying protocols.
2. Eligibility & Prohibited Jurisdictions
By using Miracle, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You may not use the Platform if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.
3. Risk Disclosure (Leverage & Volatility)
Trading crypto-assets and equities involves significant risk.
- Leverage: Trading with leverage can lead to the total loss of your collateral instantly.
- No Guarantees: Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Not Financial Advice: All content provided by Miracle is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Referral & Reward Systems
Miracle offers a tiered referral and points system.
- Anti-Sybil: Creating multiple accounts to "farm" referral fees or Miracle Points is strictly prohibited.
- Modification: Miracle reserves the right to modify the percentage of fee-sharing (50%/10%/5%) or point accrual logic at any time.
- Finality: All decisions regarding Launchpad XP and TGE point allocations are final.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, smart contract failures, or security breaches of third-party engines.
